Our production process involves cutting and washing the grass stalks, then shaping them into 20-centimeter tubes. They are cleaned and can be packaged in paper bags for immediate use or dried for longer shelf life. Fresh-cut Sedge straws can last up to 2 weeks when refrigerated, while preserved straws can last from 6 months to a year at room temperature. All our straws are biodegradable and free from harmful chemicals.
